Will the Labour Party win control of the most London borough councils?

Local elections in London, UK are currently scheduled for May 7, 2026. This market will resolve according to the party that controls the most London borough councils as a result of this election. Control is defined as having more than half of the voting councillors of a London borough council. Any executive positions, like Mayor, will not count. A candidate will be considered an official candidate of a party if they are officially nominated by that party and are registered for the relevant el
