Will Star publicly apologize to CZ?

On April 9th, star_okx publicly said he would issue a public apology to CZ if he could produce a divorce agreement signed by both parties, see https://x.com/star_okx/status/2042212044502618535. This is a market on whether Star will publicly apologize to CZ either on X or on any other public channel. If Star publicly apologizes by April 30th 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Any apology from Star will count as long as it explicitly mentions CZ.
